SVIL e- Journal of Law is a Bi-annual, Peer Reviewed Research Journal of Shri Vaishnav Institute of Law. SVIL e-Journal (ISSN 2581-4656) focuses on research and practice in the area of Law. It attempts to bring academicians and practitioners together.
Original contributions on contemporary issues in Law such as Criminal Law, Human Rights, Corporate Law, Cyber Law etc. are invited in the form of conceptual and empirical research papers. In addition, Comments on Judicial decisions and Book Reviews are also invited. Contributions rooted in the Indian and International context are encouraged. Submitted papers should not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Contributors may submit their papers by registering on the website http://ejournal.svil.edu.in and uploading the same along with copyright declaration form (copyright declaration form is available on the website) and mail soft copy of the edited papers and abstract to principal@svil.edu.in
Shri Vaishnav Institute of Law invites abstracts for research papers/articles, major research reports, case studies and book reviews from academicians, scholars and professionals as per the Bluebook Legal Citation 21st Edition. Also, comply with the guidelines given below:
- The Heading of the Article should be in Times New Roman with 14 font sizes in all Capital, Bold: Centre Aligned.
- The Author’s Name should be in Times New Roman with 12 font sizes in Running and Italicised, Bold: Right Aligned.
- All Main Headings should be in Times New Roman with 12 font sizes in Capital; Bold, Underlined, Left Aligned.
- Part Headings should be in Times News Roman with 12 font sizes in Running; Bold, Underlined, Left Aligned.
- Sub-Part Headings should be in Times New Roman with 12 font sizes in Running; Bold, Italicised, Left Aligned.
- Sub-Sub-Part Headings should be in Times New Roman with 12 font sizes in Running; Italicised, Left Aligned.
- The body should be in Times New Roman with 12 font sizes in Running; Justified.
- Paragraph line spacing should be 1.5 line spacing.
- Any Quotation in the body should be Indented with 0.5 cm on both right and left with 1.5 line spacing placed in inverted comma’s viz “………”.
- The Footnotes of the Article should be in Times New Roman with 10 font sizes and Justified.
